Actually, no I don't want to live with periodic crashes. What you have done 
already is fantastic and I wouldn't presume to dictate to you what must or 
must not be fixed. If I had python skills I'd be in there digging away to 
see if I could provide you with additional information. But I don't, so I'm 
looking for what I assume might be a "quick fix" while the underlying bug 
gets investigated, added to the list, and eventually fixed.

My priority is to keep my installation of the S3QL filesystem up and 
running reliably as possible, as quickly as possible.
