Guys, would you please stop assuming that undesired behavior is
intentional and/or unfixable?
If you get anything but O(n * log n) performance, you have probably
found a bug. Please measure the performance you are getting (e.g. time
required for 500 k files, 1 m files, 2 m files, for both S3QL and some
local file system), and report the numbers (instead of "very
slow"). Don't silently assume that things are meant to be that way.
