Compare md5sums of original and copy and compare.

$ cd <src>
$ find -type f -print0 | xargs -0 md5sum | sort | ~/original-md5sums
$ cd <dst>
$ find -type f -print0 | xargs -0 md5sum | sort | ~/copied-md5sums
$ diff -u ~/original-md5sums ~/copied-md5sums
