Yes, both s3qlverify and fsck.s3ql should verify the existence of all files
that mount.s3ql ever attempts to retrieve.

fsck.s3ql just looks at the list of objects provided by the backend,
s3qlverify actually attempts to download the object.

So yes, there is certainly something wrong here. Are you sure you are
running all three commands with exactly the same storage url, the same
authinfo file, and the same cache directory?

This is not a good idea. We should find out why fsck.s3ql (or
s3ql_verify) is not working correctly.
