Hello Nikolaus, Sorry if I'm gone but I had other more urgent things and put aside the issue of s3ql. These days the provider has made some upgrades to the Object Storage infrastructure. Although they have always denied that there were problems in their side, after updates I did a fsck, it has removed the data that was "unreadable" and now the file system is working properly.
However, if it should happen again keep in mind your patches and do the checks you asked me,I want to understand what is the cause so I can eventually make a formal complaint to the provider.
