Summary: Check whether the app class exists when build s4r file

When run the command for building s4r file, if the app class doesn't exist, it
also can be build successfully, and until deploy the app, the problem will be
shown on the log of every s4 node. After that, we need redeploy and restart all
the nodes.
So if can check this error config when running the build command, it will be
better.
