Currently there are multiple ways to build and deploy apps. One takes the
build.gradle(used in twitter adapter) file and other takes s4r(myApp). Its
better to be consistent across multiple apps to avoid confusion.
Lets split it into two steps. Build the s4r and then deploy. This is similar to
the myApp example in S4 walkthrough
