This is Othman which is shipped with the latest version Thwab2 (2.2.3). 
Maybe bro Muayyad can elaborate more about the recitation module.

Regarding "About Sabily" part, I have no idea now how to implement it.

I thought we chose Taibah already, I named the usplash theme according
