1. Noor isn't based on Zekr material. Actually both Zekr & Noor are based on Tanzil.info material (ie. Qur'an text & Qur'an metadata). 2. No added features except the lesser overhead. Actually, Noor needs features to be added, such as: search for text in all suras (not just the currently opened sura. Which brings up a point, is that the upstream author seems to have lost interest in Python, so he stopped adding features to Noor, just bug fixes. So he is willing to delegate maintainance of Noor project to whoever is interested. 3.
