Barakallaho fik akhi Abdulrahiem :) let's keep the name of Sabily as it is
for the moment, but before we should build again the community, or at least
the admin staff.

@Ahmed, it seems that the web site works now! but whois show again that it
is expired.

@others, let's build the admin team, then define roles, then start working
inshalla:
For roles, we will define them later, for example:
- responsible for packaging
- responsible for design and art work
- responsible for development
- responsible of referencing
- general coordinator
...
