[Sab] How to use Frensh accented caracters ?

Hi All,
In my XML documents I'am using Frensh accented caracters. I use :
<xsl:output method="html" encoding="UTF-8"/> in my XSL Document but I dont get
the right caracters in the  HTML  generated by Sablotron.

Are there a way to do this.
