[Sab] 0.44.1 patch

There is 0.44.1 patch available for download. It includes e.g. the
following fixes:

        - fixed a bug related to starts-with() [reported by Myoungki
Kim]
        - fixed top-level elements check

(To apply  the patch, copy it to the Sablot-0.44 directory and issue:
patch -p1 < Sablot-40.0.1.patch)
