I'm just updating the OpenBSD 2.8 port of Sablotron at the
moment, and ran into the wchar.h problem.

In our C++, stddef.h tells me that wchar_t is a built-in
type, so the header file wchar.h isn't needed.  I'm looking
at the code at the moment to hack out the relevant includes,
and I'll hopefully get it to compile then.
