Ali,

while I can understand your frustation, I would certainly not claim that it's
Gingerall's fault.  Too much of a layman myself, I'm the first to think it's
just my stupidity.  And, at the moment I pressed the Send button, I thought this
message could/should be sent to the php-install list as well. This is probably
what I will do.

What surprises me is that Petr says it can't be done, but I have seen at least
two messages (Bernhard Zwischenbrugger's message on this list, and a remark on
the annotated php manual on php.net, at http://php.net/manual/en/ref.xslt.php by
[EMAIL PROTECTED]) which seemed to have been successful.
