[Sab] sab 0.50 and xsl:apply-imports?

Is xsl:apply-imports implemented in Sablotron 0.50?

I remember having asked this a while ago, and Tom Kaiser said, all the import
stuff would certainly be in the next major release.  Is 0.50 a major release?

Now, having trouble to install 0.50, I was wondering if it was worth trying for
so long?  Did it fell of the list, or is it there?  I couldn't find any info on
this item.
