The problem seems to have just gone away, so most likely was a Comcast 
issue. I saw a couple Cloudflare errors on another site, so maybe that was 
related.

I'll also note that I haven't been able to push to Trac all afternoon until 
now. Whatever was blocking that appears to have also been blocking your 
server, which I why I asked if they had a common host.
