Actually I was just talking with Dorian and Alex, and the following
might be a really good strategy for Saturday.

(1) We all meet on irc.
(2) We view the list of all active tickets here:
  http://www.sagemath.org:9002/sage_trac/report/1
(3) Starting from the top, for each ticket we either:
     (a) completely resolve it, or
     (b) decide it isn't a bug *and* explain why, or
     (c) fail to fix it and write a comment about why it is hard.

Basicaly, when we can devastate the bug list on trac, then
SAGE will be ready for prime time.  Saturday.  10am Pacific Time.
