The FAQ says: "2. Can I purchase MuPAD Pro licenses?
[Answer:] MuPAD Pro is no longer sold as a standalone product.
However, The MathWorks has incorporated MuPAD technology into Symbolic
Math Toolbox, which can be purchased for use with MATLAB." Thus
according
to the FAQ, the cost of MuPAD is now:

(whatever MATLAB costs) + ( whatever Symbolic Math Toolbox costs).

I made an account and checked, and the current academic-use-only
license for matlab costs $500. When I clicked for simulink pricing it
says "Online Pricing Not Available Please contact us for assistance."
Last year it was trivial to get a complete price list for MATLAB and
related products, but now I can't figure out how, unfortunately; it
seems the website is in a state of flux.
