I don't know enough about trac to see if it can be > done, but maybe this can spur some activity in this direction. I use the rss feed for a search on trac to keep track of this. Unfortunately, trac doesn't know it's address, so the links in the message you see don't work (Can anybody fix this?). Nevertheless, this still lets me see the summary of a new ticket in a category that interests me in my e-mail client.
