sage-4.1.alpha2 built OK on Atom N270 running 32 bit Ubuntu 9.04. I did a testlong (32947.2 seconds! [some of that on battery power, so slow processor speed]), and got the failures that have already been reported, plus one spurious failure that was not repeatable: sage -t -long "devel/sage/sage/modular/modsym/ambient.py" A mysterious error (perhaps a memory error?) occurred, which may have crashed doctest.
