One feature I would like is forward references for tickets. This is a bit like the ticket dependency graph, but just for links. I'm imagining two lists: "Ticket comments that refer to this ticket" and "Ticket descriptions that refer to this ticket", with links to those tickets. This would help people sort through groups of related tickets. I have no idea if such a plugin or functionality exists, I'm just saying I would like this!
