Ok, so the latest femhub git repository compiles on Mac, Linux and Windows!

The notebook (from sage 3.4) unfortunately doesn't work on windows,
but I will release anyway later today. My plan next is to take
William's fresh new disentangled notebook and fix it to work
everywhere.
