Why not? Would you prefer being sued?
Does the spelling make a difference? I have some weak remembrance
saying that it does, but probably other people know better (better ask
a lawier!). Then, it would suffice to change the name "Sage" (which,
in this spelling, is taken by the accounting software) back into
"SAGE" ("Statistics, Algebra, Geometry and Everything" -- OK, bad
description).
