In one of the comments to one of the answers to "what should the FAQ contain", William proposed asksage as "a better sage-support", and I'm in favor of this (with the allowance of some novice developer questions). At asksage there is a "subscriptions" button on each user's profile which allows one to get email for new posts. It also allows one to filter what email they get, and how frequently. I suspect there will be a surge of interest in this about 1 week from now, since that's the default setting for new users. I don't know if there's a way to *answer* questions by email, and there is likely no good way to vote, comment, etc. by email, but at least those who prefer email could get instant notifications of new questions and new answers. -Niles -- To post to this group, send an email to sage-devel@googlegroups.com To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to sage-devel+unsubscr...@googlegroups.com For more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/sage-devel URL: http://www.sagemath.org
