Just a search of the "COPYING" file shows:at least the following appear to be GPL 2 only. Similar arguments have been used before when it suits us.) ./zodb3-3.7.0.p4/src/COPYING: says see ./zodb3-3.7.0.p4/src/COPYRIGHT.txt which is GPL2 I think there's enough there to stop us changing to GPL 3.
