Perhaps.  I think it's reasonable for people to look up these topics on
their own though, and excessive links can be distracting, especially since a
link to Wikipedia isn't really canonical.

+1.  I think this is a bit different from the general topics, since there's
an official page to link to, rather than just Wikipedia's article.
