Well, you changed the attachment list after placing the comment, which
made the comment be considered outdated, I'm guessing. I added a new
comment to the trac ticket, which should set the patchbot straight.

What's more odd to me is that http://patchbot.sagemath.org/ticket/12503/
doesn't seem to show any patchbot test run which tried to apply
trac#12503.patch , but when you look at the logs of recent runs, you see
that it is indeed trying to download trac#12503.patch .

I submitted a pull request to Robert's github repo to try to fix the '#'
issue, but the above makes me wonder whether there's another bug too...
