I hadn't seen this before. I think it definitely belongs in the "positive views of Sage" category. I notice that maybe we want to reorganize http://sagemath.org/library.html or find ways to allow it to be updated more frequently. At the very least, there are so many independent (i.e. non-Sage developer) reviews of Sage online now that it could easily be a category.
