within Sage that could be a "category".  (I just got an email about this 
very thing.)  Perhaps people could use this as a place to bounce ideas 
about it.  If there is no interest, of course, it will stay the same :)

Thanks for your question!  Unfortunately, there isn't a whole book. 
 However, in some sense, you don't need one, because you can use most R 
code (with the exception of some graphics stuff, where you need some 
tweaks) directly in the Sage notebook.

These three URLs should get you started.  Basically, just log in to a Sage 
notebook, and then choose "r" from the drop-down menu of systems.
