I'll download and test on a sun4u machine. If sun4v instructions are used, then it might not run on my machine. I'm also running the first release of Solaris 10 (released around 2005), which I feel is the best machine to create binaries on, as they will run on all later releases of Solaris. Solaris offers excellent backward compatibility, but forward compatibility is not guaranteed. But I'll give it a go and let you know the result.
