The emails should hopefully start working today or tomorrow. I submitted a 
ticket to our IT dept. to have a reverse DNS entry added, and it invariably 
takes a few days for them to make these kinds of changes. Nothing about the 
Trac virtual machine should have changed besides the IP address, so I'm 
pretty sure that the lack of reverse DNS is the cause of the problem.
