Hi, same problem here (Debian wheezy, Sage 6.5.rc1). No jmol works from the command line (but still from the notebook). I have both version 6 and 7 of openjdk installed, but it seems that version 6 takes precedence. According to my apt logs, those packages were recently updated, so i can not say whether the problem comes from a openjdk or a Sage change.
The followoing worked for me: sudo apt-get remove openjdk-6-jre openjdk-6-jre-headless openjdk-6-jre-lib icedtea-6-plugin I had a soft that was depending on version 6, i just removed that softawre as well ;) If you do not have version 7, just do next: sudo apt-get install openjdk-7-jre icedtea-7-plugin Ciao, Thierry On Wed, Feb 11, 2015 at 01:14:11PM +0100, Nathann Cohen wrote: > Hmmm...
