the (factory) stopgap http://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/17681 references a ticket (is a stopgap for) http://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/17680 with a failing example. But there are more. To find them I did millions of random examples for primary decomposition using two different variants GTZ and SY in Singular In case the results did not coincide, there were bugs in 'primdec.lib' and sometimes in factory.
