Sure. I mentioned these specific areas because the number of old tickets 
in these areas is particularly large, and in many cases I can't tell by 
myself if the ticket is still relevant or not.

Yes, I'm certainly not suggesting to close them en masse. But keeping 
the outdated ones open also makes old problems that really need work 
harder to find.
