This has been asked in different forms on this forum. I don't think that there was any of us who disagreed with either hiding the "TEST" blocks or folding them somehow in the HTML doc. I think that it is more of a technical issue: who knows how to tweak Sphinx to do that? Or is there any other way to do it outside of sphinx?
