There is already a mechanism named "ticket 0":  at every new beta release,
the patchbots must succeed to build and doctest the new version correctly,
before working on usual tickets. So either this feature is disabled on
those patchbots, or there is something wrong somewhere.

The new version of notedown packages might not have been uploaded on the
mirrors or the mirrors are not synced yet)
