Make ticket 0 more visible. The information exists already, maybe some of us never have a look at it, i have no idea, i suggested to produce some rss feed, but it might be that nobody register to it. So if the only place people are looking at are regular trac pages, i do not mind if we add the pictures of ticket 0 on each ticket page (trivial to implement), but what is important for me is that they are separated from the pictures and tests dedicated to a specific ticket, those doctests should be run by healthy patchbot only.
