The problem that I've reported is actually reported in the Pari Bug tracking system http://pari.math.u-bordeaux.fr/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=53&archive However, there is not specified which was the patch applied to fix this issue (and I dindn't managed to find out yet), but it seems to be solved in the latest pari versions.
