That happens to me every time.  I have to do make then makedoc-clean
then make, since I always forget (and hope it will stop being
necessary).  I think it is also trye that make ptestlong then rebuilds
the docs again, but I am not sure of that.

All tests pass for me (ubuntu 14.04) but as usual I had to rerun a
couple which times out -- the machine is quite heavily loaded at
present.
