(this is not a political statement)
I'm getting this when I try to access some of the links on the SD3 wiki:
Warning:
You triggered the wiki's surge protection by doing too many requests
in a short time.
Please make a short break reading the stuff you already got.
When you restart doing requests AFTER that, slow down or you might
get locked out for a longer time!
Viewing the packet stream with tcpdump, it appears that my system
calls sage.math, requests a page, gets a page, sends a FIN
(attempting to close the connection), and opens a new connection.
Meanwhile, sage.math is continuing to send to the old port, and my
system sends back RESETs. This continues for a while, and then both
sides begin the dance anew.
I've seen this with Pernet's slides and Bard's 'part 1' ('part 2'
works fine). I can download the files in question by "control-
click"ing the links.
Any clues?
