Remember that unless you absolutely trust everybody with access to the
server, you should always run Sage on separate server, as has been
discussed in several threads in this group, for example the end of
http://groups.google.cz/group/sage-support/browse_thread/thread/ad075bfd8c996424/bcacd02ab621e58b

vmware is a good option how to run sage server securely. it is
platform independent. I recently installed it on both win and linux
and the installation is pretty simple.
