Greetings! I'm a new Sage user running Sage 4.3 on OSX 10.6. Yesterday, I used the following commands (obtained from kcrisman) to obtain a copy of Sage that I could run by just clicking on the pretty purple icon:
export SAGE_APP_BUNDLE = "yes" export SAGE_APP_DMG = "yes" ./sage -bdist MySage After about 15--20 minutes, I successfully had a Sage application icon. Is it normal for the Sage console to have a "spinning indicator" the whole time a Sage session is active?
