Thanks for the reply John, that's very helpful (I've checked that out on my
local install and it's very straightforward).

Slight problem though is that it seems that we have setup our Sage server
in such a way as that we can't login as admin (the process of getting the
Sage server up and running has been a long and trickey one sadly). When I
put in the login details for the admin account the browser returns a server
error (with a blank page). It doesn't look like we can actually log in.

The IT guy who is working on this with (who knows far more about servers
than I do) thinks that this might have something to do with the version of
Python we're running on our red hat vm (red hat wasn't my choice). We have
Python 2.4.3 running but I don't see why that would be the problem (I hope
that that is the issue as it would be an easy fix). I realise I'm not
really giving much details as to the problem but I'm more than happy to if
anyone has an idea as to why this might be happening...

Obviously getting the admin account up and running is quite important
giving that we will no doubt have quite a few students forgetting their
passwords...

Thanks to anyone who can offer any advice,
Vince
