Yes, this was the way, but i first had to delete the spkg and put on the folder the http://www.sagemath.org/packages/upstream/topcom/topcom-0.17.4.tar.bz2 as was suggested in a previous discussion https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/sage-devel/S5zQ5O7HBc0. thanks a lot!
