I am pretty sure this is an issue with setup.py and OSX doing lazy symbols
lookup at runtime:

}}}
Change that to
{{{
Extension('sage.rings.polynomial.polynomial_real_mpfr_dense',
sources = ['sage/rings/polynomial/polynomial_real_mpfr_dense.pyx'],
libraries = ['mpfr', 'gmp']), \
}}}
