Thanks for looking at it. I'll take out binomial_new, int_div, xml, cvs
(though I'm not sure what "external cvs" refers to but I'll look into it).
The xml is a "standard" format (for databases I guess) but I don't plan to
use it and it is easy to add back in if it's requested.
