David,
The code here looks pretty good. I think it's ready to merge except for
one thing: When you create a file to be read by Leon's programs (or for
any other reason, really), you should be creating it in a temp directory
which gets automatically cleaned up. You can get one by doing `from
sage.misc.misc import SAGE_TMP`.
