(1) I basically agree. But please note method="leon" is not the default -
only one option. Since Leon's code is hard to use directly, the sage
interface for it is useful I hope.
(2) I was not aware Robert Miller was working on weight distribution code.
The Cython code he wrote for automorphism groups uses totally different
ideas, so that would be a completely separate project. I would be very
happy to be corrected on that though!
(3) I hope everything is okay for now though.
