It might be easier for you to fix the known bugs, but it won't be easier
for Tom to review the result, especially the lack of a good testing
framework for the notebook. Patch bombs are bad, especially wrt the
notebook. I thus hope you can separate things out some more. Maybe just
do one easy thing now?
