The file '''Sage-3.1.4-release-notes-draft2.txt''' claims that Sage 3.1.4
was released on 2008-10-16, which is indeed the case from the "Last
modified" field at this [http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/mabshoff
/release-cycles-3.1.4/ directory listing]. But note that at this
[http://www.sagemath.org/download-source.html download page], the row for
release 294 (i.e. sage-3.1.4.tar) says that the particular source tarball
was released on 2008-10-20. This inconsistency in release date for
sage-3.1.4 has caused me some problem in the past. In particular, please
refer to [http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/1389#comment:24 this
comment]. Now, is it correct to change the release date for sage-3.1.4
from 2008-10-16 to 2008-10-20?
